Andrew E. Goldner was born in Birmingham, Alabama in 1976 and has been a resident of Georgia since 1978. Andy attended the University of Virginia , where graduated with honors. Andy then earned his law degree at the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating with honors.  He was the recipient of the Vasser-Wooley Scholarship. While in law school, Andy was the Champion of the J. Melvin England Mock Trial Competition, a quarterfinalist in the 1L Closing Argument Competition, competed twice as an advocate in the National Trial Competition, and was Chairman of the Mock Trial Board. In addition, Andy was one of a few students selected for membership in The Lumpkin Inn of Court and The Order of the Barristers, both of which recognize outstanding performance in courtroom advocacy. In 2004, Andy was invited to return to the Lumpkin Inn of Court as a Barrister.

Andy began his legal career defending corporations, insurance companies, and healthcare providers. Andy seized upon opportunities for early litigation experience and, after just two years in the practice of law, began cross-examining nationally known experts and arguing complex legal issues before various courts. Andy has tried cases in numerous venues throughout the state of Georgia and has been involved in litigation both within and outside the Southeast.

Recognizing that his true calling was to represent people who have suffered injury due to the negligence of others and as a result of dangerous and defective products, Andy decided to devote his entire practice to protecting the rights of those who have been catastrophically injured.

Given his extensive background defending lawsuits, Andy brings a unique perspective to his work on behalf of Plaintiffs. Having investigated, analyzed, and tried cases on behalf of Defendants, Andy knows what strategies will, and will not, be successful when pursuing claims on behalf of his clients.

Andy has successfully resolved claims for clients in cases including, but not limited to: products liability, medical malpractice, long-term care, pharmaceutical malpractice, and automobile negligence. Andy's passion for representing injured children has led him to write and speak about methods for keeping children safe, as well as successful handling of lawsuits involving kids.

In 2007, Andy was one of a few lawyers in the state of Georgia selected to participate in the State Bar's Leadership Academy and he was the only lawyer in Georgia selected to receive the State Bar's  Award for Ethics and Professionalism.
