If it is not willingly given, you have to be willing and able to go to a jury and ask for it. When it comes to lawsuits, resources mean manpower and money. For manpower, the most important criteria is how much focused and directed attention the senior lawyer spends on a case and how well supported that lawyer is. By taking only a few cases at a time, utilizing a team approach (a team which includes the clients, at least two lawyers, experts in various fields of study and in communication and persuasion sciences, and the best support staff available anywhere) and leveraging the most advanced computer technology available, attorney Joseph A.
